Our team was invited to attend MMU's first graduation ceremony. We got the royal treatment....tea and snacks with the Korean ambassdor when we arrived, university car to drive us to the event, seats with the professors on stage during the ceremony, an honorary mention in the speech and a walk down the processional followed by a graduation lunch with the professors with an award winning Kenyan acapallo group. The downside was the travel time and traffic - 3 1/2 hours into Nairobi and 4 hours back to Nyeri. A long time in the car. I was glad to see the hotel.

Called it an early evening tonight because of the long travel time in the car.....off to hike Mt. Kenya in the morning. See you(virtually) after our hike :-)
