This week has been a maze of long days and long nights. Final presentations for all three teams will be given across Thursday and Friday. It is a bittersweet time - my CSC family will be disbanding soon.
Tomorrow we check out of Green Hills and head back to the country lodge in Nairobi. We have been so busy working and traveling to the greater Kenya on weekends, I feel like I have had little time to explore all that Nyeri has to offer. Sigh....I guess that will have to wait for my return trip to Kenya :-)
We are wrapping up our days in Nyeri with a tour of a coffee bean co-op refinery, smores, and some local brew known as muratina. It has been a fun ride here in Nyeri......we will miss Faith and the other staff members that have kept us awake with coffee and special requests for pizza - always with a smile.
