A huge THANK YOU to MMU and everyone who supported our work initiative while we were there - including my 3 other team members Paula, Claudette, and Jit. Our final presentation was received with so much enthusiasm from MMU, it made the 14 hour days worth it.
We had an official "handing over" to MMU of our recommendations....and a surprise for us as well. The staff at MMU had gifts for us: an African picture, an MMU t-shirt and a luncheon to celebrate. Saying goodbye to MMU was bittersweet, it almost felt like we had gone to college there by the time we had left.
I know that great things are coming MMU's way.......our team looks forward to seeing MMU in the Harvard University of Kenya :-)
